DEPOSIT
When you make your reservation, you will need to send a check for $500.00 to Silverton Property Management at P.O. Box 478, Silverton Co. 81433. Please specify on the check which house you are reserving as well the dates, and your phone number. This deposit check will not get cashed unless 1) you cancel less than 60 days from arrival, which will result in forfeiture of your $500.00 or 2) you leave the house in other conditions from which you found it or rules are broken that have been specified in the house letter. At the end of your stay, if the house passes inspection, the check will be torn up. If you want the deposit to be returned to you, you will need to leave a self addressed, stamped envelope at the house. Please be aware that I do not accept credit cards, so when paying the rent upon arrival, you will need to pay in cash or check.
*Please note that there will be 9% plus $2.00 a night lodging taxes added to the weekly rate and if you decide to change and rent another house after making your desposit, there will be an additional charge of $100.00.
*Everyone's time is valuable. If you have used my services and need to cancel at any time after making your reservation, a $100 service charge may be deducted from your deposit.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in most houses. If you are planning to bring an animal, please ask me which houses are pet friendly. If you bring your pet without authorization, there will be $100 deducted from your deposit...NO exceptions. Any houses that allow pets, add a $25 pet cleaning charge
LARGE GROUPS
For groups over 6, there will be an additional $50 cleaning charge.
VEHICLES
There is a 3 car limit at every house. If you anticipate more
cars, trailers, semi trucks, etc., please ask me about additional
vehicle space.
SMOKING
All of the houses are smoke free, no exceptions. If you smoke,
do so outside and make sure to dispose the butts in trash cans, not the
driveway or yard.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check out is no later than 10 a.m. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
NOISE
Please be aware of the noise ordinance in Silverton. You may not
leave a desiel vehicle idling longer than 5 minutes. Parties need to
be brought inside and the noise level decreased after 10 p.m. on any
night of the week. Failure to obey this ordinance may result in
additional charges.
